ASSIST-U.S. delivers its first Aviation Liaison Officer (ALO) course
March 28, 2012, Concord, NH: Richard (Snake) Jackson, pilot, project manager and instructor, delivered the first Aviation Liaison Officer (ALO) course at our Concord Municipal Airport headquarters.
